Cindy Ann Neal, age 62 of Osgood, IN passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at her home. She was born December 9, 1950 in Abilene, Texas the daughter of H. Grady & Mary Frances Smith Weir. She married Scott Neal on June 4, 1993 & he still survives at home.
Cindy received her BA in nursing from WTAMU in Canyon, Texas. In her earlier nursing career, Cindy had worked different places in the US as a traveling nurse for Cross Country Agency. Most recently, she had worked for Manderley Health Care Center of Osgood.
