Chub Clement

J.F. “Chub” Clement of Grapevine, Arkansas was born April 15, 1932 in Grapevine, the son of the late Mannie and Florence Cearley Clement. He was a member of Ain Missionary Baptist Church in Grapevine. He had served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict as a cook on the front line and was retired from the Cotton Belt Railroad. He loved horses, rodeos, traveling, camping and fishing. His greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with his great grandbabies.
Chub died Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at home at the age of 79.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers A. J.”Bubba” Clement, V. M. “Big” Clement, granddaughter, Rebecca Clement, great grandchild, Tyler Bateman and sisters, Betty Hopkins and Mildred Smith.
