Life long resident of Chandler Chrystal Lee Neal Rice was born March 25, 1959 in Chandler Oklahoma to Kenneth and Opal Neal. She went home to be in the arms of Jesus on September 29, 2019 in Shawnee Oklahoma with her family by her side. Chrystal had a passion for helping people especially the elderly. Her love for Church and her God was an inspiration to many, God and his word was most import in her life. Preceding her in death are both her parents Kenneth and Opal Neal, one brother Kenneth Wayne Neal, and two sisters; Sandra Marshall, and Janice Neal. Left on this side of the Jordan to mourn her passing his her loving husband of eighteen years Howard Rice of the home, son Alfonzo Neal of Oklahoma City, and four sisters; Kathy Talley and husband Bertram of Chandler OK, Rhonda Neal of OKC, Kimberly Neal of OKC, and Paula Neal of Los Angela CA. As well as a host of other family and friends.
