Christy Lynn Osborn, with her family by her side, passed away on October 13, 2021. Christy was born June 29, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Richard Henry Kynaston and Alice Penman Kynaston. She graduated from Roy High class of 1973, received her Bachelor’s degree from Weber State University and her Master’s degree in teaching. She retired as a high school teacher from Bingham High School.
Christy married Jerry Osborn on September 1, 1979 in the Ogden Temple.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served on the Harrisville City Council.
Christy is survived by her husband of 42 years, Jerry; her father Richard; sister Julie (Clay) Penman and family; her sons Jared Osborn and Joshua (Trudy) Osborn and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Alice and 3 siblings.
