Christopher V. Wey, 84, of Toms River, NJ, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021.
Born in Hoboken, NJ, he was a longtime resident of Weehawken, NJ before moving to Toms River 25 years ago.
He was a Truck Driver and member of the Teamsters Local 560, Union City, NJ.
Christopher was the life of the party. He always had jokes and stories to tell. He loved telling his grandchildren all about his days as a truck driver.
He was predeceased by his wife, Rita Wey, in 2011 and his daughter Ellen Mercurio.
Christopher is survived by his three children Stacy Fredericks of Toms River, Christopher Wey of Toms River and Darryl Wey of Toms River, a sister Catherine Wey-Troost, seven grandchildren Christopher, Cassandra, Ellen, Joelle, Steven, Nicholas and Kelsey and two great grandchildren Mason and Stella.
