Christopher S. Shamma, age 34, of Providence RI, formerly of Marstons Mills, passed away on Tuesday, September 28th, in Providence. He was the loving son of Stephan Shamma, and Judith (Foley) Wentzell and her husband Thomas. Brother of Kelly Shamma and her fiancé Brian of Punta Gorda FL, Stephan Shamma and his fiancé Linda of Ipswich, and Hayley Johnson and her fiancé Patrick of Manchester NH. Christopher is also survived by his son Dominick, his grandmother Polly Foley Phillips, and his nephews Zachary Shamma, Jacob Eaton, and Jonathan Shamma. Christopher was born in Hyannis MA on August 7, 1987. Growing up he was steadily on the honor roll throughout his schooling. He went on to make his career as an arborist, and a roofer. Christopher’s passion was baseball. He was a southpaw pitcher, and was being watched by baseball scouts as early as the age of 12. He was very involved with the Boys & Girls Club. Christopher was very compassionate and loved his family. He is now in Gods loving arms, but will be forever in all of our hearts and is greatly missed.
