Christopher Lunk passed away suddenly at Jefferson Hospital on March 1st, 2015. Christopher was 33 years old. Christopher was born at Rancocas Hospital in Willingboro, NJ and grew up in Burlington Township. Christopher was always an amazing person to all who knew him. He was kind and loving, honest and sincere. From his early days he sought to excel at everything he did.
He was a member of the National Honor Society during his high school years at Burlington Township High School; worked for IBM in Phoenix, Arizona while on work/study at Drexel University; served as a Consultant for the United Nations in New York for several years and was most recently pursuing further certifications and on the Dean’s List at Burlington County College. Chris was an avid follower of everything Star Trek and music band Blue October. He sought to ride the highest roller coasters, loved traveling and especially enjoyed his travels to England. Chris brought his Mom and Step-Father into the 21st century by teaching them the use of computers, Internet, Facebook and the cell phone; built several home computers for family use and was always there to lend a hand for technology questions.
He loved his dog, Rosie, his rescue dog who rescued Chris as much as she rescued him. He loved his sister Wendy, brother Bobby and nephews Ronnie and Bradley with all his heart. And he was loved by his Mom ” more than the mostest of all”. There will forever be a void in the lives of those who survive him: his Mother Susan Nowosielski Sheehan and Step-father Robert Sheehan; his father, Carl Lunk and his wife, Judy Lunk; his sister Wendy Cornett, and her husband Ron Cornett, brother Robert Lunk and Carrie Beatty, his very special nephews Ronnie and Bradley Cornett, Grandmom Jackie Lunk, 8 Aunts, 6 Uncles, 19 Cousins, 10 second cousins and many wonderful friends. His newest adventures will be guided by those who passed before him, his Grandmom and Grandpop Nowosielski, Grandpop Lunk, Grandmom Sembach and Uncle Henry. The earth lost some of it’s shimmer when Christopher left us but the heavens have gained a very bright star.
