Survivors include his mother, Donna (George) McClish of Indianapolis, companion, Carolyn Scharbrough of Franklin, three children, Devon Haywood of Mooresville, Alyssa Haywood and Cadence Haywood both of Franklin and step-daughter, Hailey Scharbrough of Franklin, a sister, Karen Haywood of Indianapolis, step-sister, Carolyn Phipps of Indianapolis,step-brother, James McClish of Richmond, grandmother, Mary Clark of Texas, two nieces, two nephews and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, William D. Haywood.
