Christopher C. Shields, 45, of 244 Church Street, South Williamsport, died Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center after being stricken at his home.
Chris and his wife, the former Alicia M. Broadhurst would have observed their 8th wedding anniversary on August 9, 2011.
Chris was a truck driver for J. B. Hunt. He was an avid lover of Ocean City, MD and a Dallas Cowboys Fan.
Born April 22, 1966 in Cheverly, Md., he was the son of Carl (Dusty) and Frances Roche’ Shields, Sr.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his father, Carl of Lake Wales, FL; mother, Frances of Virginia Beach, VA; sons, Taylor Broadhurst, Zachary, Jacob and Matthew Shields; daughters, Heaven and Savannah Stansbury; brothers, Carl (Dusty), Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA and Brian of Hyattsville, MD and several nieces and nephews.
