Christine Wilson, 90
Wynantskill – Christine Wilson, 90, of Simmons Road died Saturday, March 13, 2010, at Samaritan Hospital 2215 Burdett Avenue Troy, NY 12180 Troy.
Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late William Terry and Catherine Gailey Terry and husband of the late Thomas Wilson.
Mrs. Wilson was a life long resident of Troy. She was a homemaker and employed by the Rensselaer County Clerk’s Office retiring in 1984.
She was an active communicant of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Troy and a member of its Altar Guild and Women’s Club. She was a volunteer of the Samaritan Hospital Auxiliary, East Side Seniors and a member of the Troy Senior Center.
Over the years Chris enjoyed playing Bocci with her Eastside Seniors friends and aerobics with the Troy Center Seniors. She enjoyed visiting casinos and playing cards with her friends. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time and having fun with her family.
Survivors include her three children, Tina (Wyn) Braun, of Troy, John Terry (Kathy) Wilson, of Glens Falls, and Pamela Ann Wilson, of Wynantskill; 3 grandchildren, Brian Braun, Amy Terese Broz, and John Wilson; 2 nieces, Margaret Sherman and Catherine Steen. She was predeceased by her grandson Timothy Braun and her sisters Jane Holland and Agnes Terry.
