Christine Mildred Ritch, 85, peacefully passed away at her grandson’s home on Friday, February 12, 2016 in Orange Park, FL. She was born on October 11, 1930 in Okeechobee, FL, to George Lewis Walters and Paralee Johns.
Christine was preceded in death by her parents and husband, brothers, Sydney, Norman, Ferrell and Kenneth; and sisters, Hazel, Marjorie and Juanita.
Christine is survived by her daughters, Patricia Ritch and Darlene Sherman; grandchildren, James Prescott and Stacy Cantrell; brothers, Dredsel, Reggie and Edward; sister, Virginia Dunleavey; nephew, James Taylor, as well as many additional nephews, nieces and great-grandchildren; and very close and dear friend, Edward L. McCormick.
