Christine E. Flegal, 82, Chattanooga, died Friday, June 8, 2007, after a lingering illness. She was a loving wife and mother whose soul objective in life was loving and nurturing her family, including children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her influence on their lives will never be forgotten. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Edith Bilbra, three sisters, and her husband, James Flegal. Survivors are sons, Dan Flegal, Ringgold, Steve Flegal, Chickamauga, and Ken Flegal, Lookout Valley; sisters, Peggy Derryberry, Ringgold, and Mary Ruth Baker, Lookout Valley; brother, John Bilbra Jr., Knoxville; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
