Christine A. Turner, age 62, of Fairmount, IN, died Monday, November 4, 2013, at IU Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN after a 5 year battle with cancer. Through out her illness she kept her positive attitude giving praise to the Lord as well as her quick and witty since of humor.
She was the daughter of the late George Turner and the late Jeanne E. (Knepper) Turner.
She was born on March 31, 1951 in Plymouth, Indiana. She gradated from Fairmount High School in 1969. Her love of reading lead her to Half Price Books in Indiana polis where she worked for 20 years, the last 15 as a manager.
She loved her church family at Fairmount Wesleyan Church where she served on the board and taught an Adult Sunday School class and Bible Studies for many years. She loved Jesus and her family, her cats, bird watching and interviewing people.
