Christina M. Oberhuber, age 39, of Waterbury, beloved wife of Christopher L. Oberhuber and loving mother of Christopher L. Oberhuber, Jr., passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Born and raised in Bridgeport, Christina had been a Waterbury resident for the last 15 years. She graduated from St. Patrick’s elementary school and Colby Cathedral High School. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper. Christina was very dedicated to animal rescue and was a devoted and caring neighbor. Survivors in addition to her husband include her loving parents, Wayne and Diane (Guman) Ott of Bridgeport; a brother, Gary Ott and his wife Sherry of Bridgeport; maternal grandparents, Robert and Marie Guman of Fairfield; paternal grandmother, Eleanor Ott of Trumbull and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Leo Ott, and her uncle Thomas Guman.
