Christian Amado, 62 of Worcester passed away unexpectedly at his home on July 9, 2021. Born in Boston, MA on January 7, 1959, he was the son of Christian Scott and the late Joanne Amado. Christian attended elementary school at Highland Park Free School in Roxbury, St. Kevin’s Catholic School in Dorchester,and has been awarded numerous certificates from Westfield State University, Shawsheen Valley Tech and Boston College. He worked as a substance abuse counselor for the Justice Resource Institute in Framingham. He enjoyed many hobbies and had several interests; writing, reading, working with technology, and cars. He was a nature lover and followed many sports. He also loved traveling whenever the opportunity arose. Christian was well known for his quick wit and hearty sense of humor as well as his intelligence.!Besides leaving his father Christian Scott of Roxbury, Christian was loving father of Christian Bryant Amado and his wife Jacquelyn of Brockton and Paris Amado of Brockton. He was the beloved brother of Sean Scott of Boston, Charlene Amado of N. Hollywood, CA, Kim Amado-Guss of Palmdale, CA, Stacey Amado of Canyon Country, CA, Sharon Chandler of Natick, MA, Carlos Jacobs of New Bedford, MA, William Jacobs of Las Vegas, NV,, Donette Redmond of Las Vegas, NV and Cinque Jacobs of Santa Monica, CA. He was the cherished grandfather of Christian Loyal Amado and Giovanni Alejandro Amado. He left his strongest supporter throughout his life and all of ours, his uncle Ilanga.
