Christian Alexander Giler, 26, passed away on December 15, 2011 at 11:50 p.m. of complications due to leukemia. He surrounded by his loved ones in his final days, and is now in peace after a three year battle. He was born on March 10, 1985 in Caracas, Venezuela and immigrated to the United States with his family at age 11. Christian was a bright, ambitious, and determined young man with many entrepreneurial ventures. He was known for his integrity and honesty both in his businesses and with loved ones.
He is survived by his mother, Gloria Giler; sister and brother-in-law Leila and Sean Casella; brother Jhon Diaz; numerous aunts and uncles; cousins and friends.
The family would like to thank the Citgo Simon Bolivar Foundation and Embassy of Venezuela for their suport for Christian’s family and in fulfilling Christian’s last requests.
