Chris D. Petro, age 64 of Edinburgh, IN, passed away on Sunday, June 2nd, 2019. He was born on July 31,1954, to Sidney and Bette (Richards) Petro.
Mr. Petro retired in 2012 as a Carpenter where he was employed with the Carpenters Union 301 for 18 years. He was also a dedicated farmer for forty-five years and enjoyed being outdoors, as well as boating, playing pool, and bowling.
Chris is survived by his three children, Brandi Petro of Franklin, IN, Craig (Gretchen) Petro of Shelbyville, IN, and Myranda (Nick) Syberg, of Indianapolis. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Sidney Petro, Savannah Petro, and Jackson, Max, and Kate Syberg. He has one sister surviving, Treva (Joe) Whitis, of Edinburgh. Chris was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Kara Petro.
