Charlotte – Ms. Chinelle Hodges, 40 closed the curtains of this life Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center .

Chinelle Yvette Hodges was born on December 22, 1980 to Vanessa Jones Robinson and the late Charles Maten Hodges. 

Chinelle attended the Duplin County School System and Graduated in the class of 1999.  She went on to further her  education by enrolling and attending North Carolina A &T University in the fall of 1999. Chinelle decided to pursue a full-time career in finance. She later fulfilled her educational goals by returning to College. Chinelle earned a  Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management in 2015 at the University of Phoenix. Chinelle was always eager to learn and excelled in school from a early age and  her love learning never stopped. Her son, whom she loved dearly, has inherited her love of learning as he continues to excel in school.

Chinelle leaves loving memories to be cherished by:

Price (who has been an exceptional and supported), Linda Hodges of Hampton, VA    Paulette Jones-Bell (Samuel) Clarkburg, MD, Minister Alma Hodges Warsaw, NC; Uncle, William T. Jones (Linda) of Goldsboro, NC; Godmother,  Jackie Hobbs; a host of other loving relatives and friends including great-grandfather, Sam Miller and family.
