Chester L. Lockridge, 83, Anderson, died August 23, 2005 at Methodist Hospital-Indianapolis after a brief illness.
He was born June 26, 1922 in Sharpsville, Indiana, and resided in Anderson, Indiana. He lived in this area since 1949.
He retired in 1987 from Delco Remy Division of General Motors after 36 years of service. He graduated from Sharpsville High School.
He served his country in the US Army during WWII in the South Pacific. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion. He was a member and Badge Maker for the CB Club.
He is survived by his Two Sons: Terry & wife Elizabeth Lockridge of Anderson. Kenneth & wife Anna Lockridge of Oakland, Arkansas. Ten Grandchildren and Several Great Grandchildren. Several Nieces & Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Lora L. Ball Lockridge. Parents: Hiram & Mary McClure Lockridge. Two Brothers and One Sister.
