Chester H. Thompson Jr., age 58, of Necedah, WI passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids.
Chester was born July 29, 1964 in Butler, Pennsylvania to Chester and Theressa (McClaine) Thompson Sr. He married Bobbi Cowan on April 21, 1990.
Chester loved Pittsburgh Steelers football and playing Madden video games. He also enjoyed traveling and spending time with family. Chester was known for making others laugh with random jokes. Chester also loved animals and they loved him. He was a very caring man with a big heart and he will be deeply missed.
Chester is survived by four children: Chrissy Thompson (James Penwell), Brandi McConnell, Brian Thompson, and Tyler Thompson; one granddaughter; brother, Sam Thompson; and sister, Connie Thompson. He is further survived by three nephews, one nephew and a number of great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bobbi; sister, Cathy Boofer; and infant brother, David.
