Chester A. Reybitz, Esquire, 66, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, February 12, 2007, in VNA Hospice of St. Luke’s in Lower Saucon Twp. He was the husband of Georgia D. (Thoder) Reybitz for 40 years. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Chester W. and Mary (Weider) Reybitz. Chester was an attorney in Bethlehem, where he served as Public Defender for Northampton County and also as a solo practitioner in his private practice for the past 40 years. He was a 1958 graduate of Liberty High School. He graduated from Lehigh University and received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Bethlehem Twp. Survivors: He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his family, including his wife Georgia at home; mother in law Loretta Thoder of Bethlehem; sons Ronald J. and his wife Kim of Bethlehem, Jeffrey J. and his wife Jessica of Egypt, and Chester J. of Los Angeles, Calif; He was predeceased by his brother Ronald.
