She is survived by husband Michael Dzuba, whom she married May 14, 1984; daughter: Jennifer Dzuba; granddaughter: Evalynn Dzuba both of Fortville; mother MaryJane (Johnson) Kocis of Indianapolis; sister Michele Nowlin of New Whiteland. Cheryl was preceded in death by her father Ronald Kocis.
