Cherry Zemen, 64, of Ft. Wayne, was received into the arms of Jesus with her family by her side on Feb. 14. She was a graduate of Northside High School, and IPFW. An active member of St. Jude Catholic Church, she participated in the Prayer Shawl, Bereavement Ministries, Womens Bible Study. and was a teacher’s assistant at St. Vincent de Paul School.
She was an adoring mother and grandmother; leaving a legacy of generosity, teaching, gardening, and crocheting. She is survived by her husband, Alan; son Cory (Katey) and daughters Suzy (Andy) Bollier, and Chrissy Lindhorst; 12 grandchildren; father F. Lee Bushong; and a brother, George (Sally) Bushong. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jane Bushong.
