Cherie Hadju, 59 of Freeport passed away at FHN Memorial Hospital on January 5, 2022. She was born On March 11, 1962 to Martin and Pauline (Osborne) Sager. She married Jaime Hadju on July 19, 1980.
She had an extremely beautiful gift of sewing. She loved going to craft shows with her husband to showcase all the amazing things she made. She loved spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren grow. Her favorite football team was the Green Bay Packers. She loved the holidays with her family and her favorite place to go was the Wisconsin Dells.
Surviving are her husband, Jaime and her children Jon Hadju of Freeport, IL; Greg (Edna) Hadju of Mauston, WI; Amanda (Christian) Zumdahl of Freeport; Rachel (Tim Klinefelter) Weber of Shannon; Her mother, Pauline Sager of Freeport; her brothers Eric (Tammy) Sager of Lena; Jason Sager of Freeport and her half-sister, Gloria Fowler Castetter of Florida as well as many nieces and nephews. Her legacy also includes 11 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Father, Martin Sager and her sister, Lisa Sager.
