Chelsea Marie Cunha, age 18, of Trumbull, passed away January 10, 2022 at Hartford Hospital. Chelsea was born in Bridgeport, CT to her devoted parents Rod and Kristen (Argay) Cunha.
She graduated from Trumbull High School in 2021. She was very active in high school as a member of the National Honor Society, the Varsity Soccer Team and the JV Basketball Team. She was currently a freshman at the University of CT where she was studying to be a math teacher, one of twelve admitted to the NEAG School of Education where she made the Dean’s List in her first semester .
In addition to her parents she is survived by her sisters Olivia Cunha and Stephanie Zito and her husband Pasquale, her maternal grandparents Jack and Linda Argay, her paternal grandmother Esperanca Cunha, her great grandmother Dorothy Klee, her Godmother Meghan and Meghan’s daughter Lila, and her niece Marianna, her nephew P.J. and her Goddaughter Isla and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
