She was born March 19, 1996 in Peoria the daughter of Charles and Tracie Chapin Martin.
Surviving are her father Charles Martin of Washington, her mother Tracie Martin of Morton. Also surviving are one brother Justin Martin of Paris, TN, her half-sister Mikayla Keller of Morton, Paternal grandparents Vernel and Jane Martin of Washington and her maternal grandmother Donna Jason of Peoria. Her maternal grandfather Ray McKinney preceded her in death.
Chelsea attended Washington Community High School and was a 2014 graduate of Richwoods High School in Peoria. She then attended Midwest Technical Institute and earned her medical assistant certification.
