Charlotte Tinsy Petersen, 93, of 611 Mayo Court, Stuart, VA died Monday, March 29, 2010 at Blue Ridge Nursing Center, Stuart, VA. She was born on January 9, 1917 in Springfield, IL to the late, Charles Huegel and Anna Jones Huegel. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, George Patrick Henderson and a daughter, Mary Margaret Gray. Ms. Petersen was a member of The Church of the Risen Lord, Stuart, VA and the Eastern Star. She was a volunteer for Hospice and the Blood Mobile. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth J. and Christina Henderson of Pittsford, NY; daughters and sons-in-law, Charlotte and Vince Mathew of Lake Placid, Fl and Karen and Jerry Wilson of Stuart, VA; grandchildren, Linda Closi of Florida, Catherine Parramore of Florida, Tammy Weiland and husband, Kenneth Ray of Stuart, VA, Leron J.
