Charlotte Sue Bolyard, 70 of Fellowsville, WV, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. She was born December 3, 1940 in Taylor county, daughter of the late Noel Elnor and Audra Arlene Hovatter Goodwin. Charlotte was retired from the Preston County School Board as a Bus Driver. She graduated from Grafton High School in 1958. Charlotte was very active with the Preston County 4-H program and a 4-H Leader with the Sandy Pals 4-H Club.
