Charlotte R. Reuman Elmore, 91, Anderson, died April 25, 2007 at Bethany Pointe Health Campus after a brief illness.
She was born April 23, 1916 in Attica, New York, and had lived in this area for the past 25 yrs. She was the secretary to the Executive Director of the Lutheran Home of North West Indiana. Charlotte attended Faith Assembly of God in Anderson. She founded the Kensington Service Club in Buffalo, New York. She was also a freelance writer and been published in several publications. She had written and published her memoir entitled ”My Journey with the Lord”.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Michael F. Elmore & wife, Christine of Indianapolis; daughter, Linda Elmore Teeple & husband, Rex of Anderson; grandchildren, Christopher Elmore, Kelly Elmore, Kimberly Elmore, Matthew Teeple & wife, Kristy, and Bethany Teeple; niece, Jackie Wong; and nephew, Robert Rettke.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Elmore, in 1989; her parents, Reuben & Minnie Reuman; a brother, Marshall Reuman; sister, Marjorie Rettke; and a grandson, Jason David Teeple.
