Charlotte May (Barrett) Fitzgerald, 77, of Tolland, a former longtime Mansfield Center resident, wife of Richard H. Fitzgerald, died Tuesday Aug. 10, 2004 at the Rockville General Hospital. She was born Sept. 10, 1926 in Norwich the daughter of the late Oscar and Hazel (Huling) Barrett. Charlotte had been employed by the American Thread Co. in Willimantic and also by the Town of Mansfield in the cafeteria of the Southeast School.
