Mrs. Monahan was born February 23, 1915 in Burlington, VT to the late, Egbert and Christine (Loomis).
She leaves a son Bruce Monahan and his wife Joan of Middlefield, five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Harold Briggs and a sister, Emma Rivers.
