Charlotte Kay Norris, age 75 died Monday June 22, 2020.
Born in Canton, Ohio & graduated in 1963 from Central Catholic high school. Charlotte entered into the insurance industry with Lawrence Agency until she relocated In 1972 to San Diego, California & resumed her insurance career with Barney & Barney a blue chip insurance firm. Charlotte held various key positions while at Barney & Barney.
She was an extraordinary beautiful person, an outgoing personality and a wonderful sense of humor making her a person you would like to remember if you had the good fortune to meet.
Preceded in death by her parents, George & Wilma Norris & brothers Richard & Danny Norris. Survived by her only next of kin, Larry G. Norris of Murrieta, Ca.
