Charlotte Kathleen Baggus, 82, of Brighton, passed away December 19, 2014 at her home. She was born August 4, 1932 in Holme On Spalding Moor, Yorkshire, England to David and Clara (Cooke) Levitt. She attended schools in England and married Claude Baggus in 1955 in Yorkshire, England.
Charlotte has been a resident of Brighton since 2000 and having been married to a career military man, had previously lived in Japan and Germany and numerous cities across the United States. She worked in ladies fashion in numerous businesses, was an avid knitter and enjoyed embroidery work. Most importantly, for the last few years Charlotte was also a Pen Pal with students at South Elementary School in Brighton, volunteered as a Bingo Caller and really loved to play Scrabble and Bunko at the Eagle View Adult Center.
