Charlotte Harris, 86, of Canon City, Colorado, died peacefully in her sleep April 19th, 2013 at Skyline Ridge care facility in Canon City. She was born April 26th, 1926 in Casper, Wyoming to Edward and Helen (Dempster) Fischer. Charlotte graduated from Ozark Academy in Siloam Springs, Arkansas in 1943, and married her sweetheart, Joseph W. Harris shortly after. They were together 54 years before his passing in 1998. Charlotte was both musically and artistically blessed.
