Charlotte H. Ford (, 84 of Bayville, NJ died Friday August 26th, 2011 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. This is no joke, Charlotte Ford was born in Old Tappan, NJ on April’s Fools Day in 1927. She lived in Dumont, NJ before moving to Bayville 51 years ago.
Charlotte was a member of St. Barnabas RC Church, Bayville, NJ. She was a bus driver for Berkeley Twp. School Systems. Charlotte worked for the camp shanks as a volunteer and later for Singer Sewing Company in the Empire State Building NYC, NY. Charlotte is preceded in death by her husband Thomas J. Ford, Sr. and one son Thomas J. Ford, Jr., one brother and four sisters.
She is survived by her two sons Andrew M. Ford of Bayville and Matthew F. Ford and his wife Barbara of Brick. One daughter Charlotte Lewis of Alaska. One sister Dorothy of Dumont, NJ. Ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
