He is survived by his wife Joyce Seay of Chatsworth; sons Daniel Seay, Matt and Diana Seay; Father by heart, Lou Powell, Richard and Misti Crump, Kelly and Dustin Babb, Rebecca and James Storey of Clarksville TN., and April Harper of Chatsworth; brothers, Johnny and Shirley Seay, Milton Seay, James and Glenda Seay; sister- in-laws; Kay and Dennis Robins and Rita and Cor Jenson and Kathy Quarles. Two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
