Charlie Lee Barber, 80, of Salisbury passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023.
Born in Rowan County on October 10, 1942, he was the son of the late Minnie Potts Barber and Charlie Barber.
Charlie loved his dog Lucy and enjoyed NASCAR. He was a strong willed man with a great sense of humor. He will be missed by his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sherry Errante; sisters, Mary Allred and Linda Mae Talbert; brother, Daniel Barber.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 58 years, Linda Collins Barber; brother, Luther Thomas Barber; sister, Virginia Spry (Eugene); grandchildren, Baylee Errante and Jacob Errante; great-grandchild, Cole Pinkston and several nieces and nephews.
