Charlie “CT” White, 83, of Moberly, formerly of Clark died Monday, September 16, 2019 at Valley View Nursing Home. He was born May 11, 1936 in Clark, MO to David Edward and Oneta Fern (Littrell) White.
CT had served his country in the U.S. Army, before receiving an honorable discharge.
Prior to retirement he worked 46 years for the A.B. Chance Company. He was also a horse trainer having trained American Saddlebreds and Quarter Horses.
Survivors include his daughter, Sherri Tarwater and her husband Steve of Centralia, grandchildren; Derek, Nickolas, Taylor and his wife Savannah, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, George White and a sister, Anna Victoria White.
CT was a member of the Masonic order and a Shriner. He loved horses, especially Saddlebreds, and he and his brother George had won a State Championship pickup race on their horses. He also enjoyed motorcycles.
