… A native of Charleston, MS, Charles was a Salesman and a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Bartley and Sarah Jane Bratton. Survivors include his loving wife of 56 wonderful years, Joyce R. Moore Bartley; his three sons, Charles Bartley Jr. and wife Cheri, Rondell Bartley, Carlton Bartley; his two daughters, Joyce A. Bartley, Andrea Bartley; his seven grandchildren, Taylor, Chase, Colby, Cody, and Chris Bartley, Sarah and Hailey Wilcox.
