Our beloved Charles D. Wade departed this life on December 7, 2021. Charles was a wonderful brother, father, nephew, grandson and friend, who touched the lives of those around him.
Charles Dion “Wooda” Wade was born on March 2, 1999 to Miriam Wade in Columbus, Ohio. Charles is preceded in death by his mother Miriam Wade, his great-great grandmother Susie Breckinridge and Jessie Montgomery; great-grandparents, Charles E. Wade and Rev. William T. and Margearette Martin; Charles H. Jordan, Sr.
Wooda graduated high school in 2018 from Focus Learning Academy and was always determined to complete whatever he started. . He played football at Groveport Madison High School and excelled in everything that he set out to do. He dedicated his life to taking care of the children he had and the ones in his life. He was always lending a helping hand and taking care of those around him. He was an aspiring music entertainer and was always trying to find ways to perfect his craft.
Wooda leaves behind to cherish his memory 4 children Nylah Aaron-Wade, Avion Goodman, Jayon Talley, and Deion Smith. Sister: Briana Bledsoe-Wade; Brothers: Aaron Wade, Brandon Bledsoe-Wade, and Malique Simmons. Grandparents: Karen (Charles) Jordan; Aunts: Felicia (Robert) Blackenberry, Kaneka Jordan; Uncles: Daryl (Akilah) Wade, Charles Wade, Christin Wade and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
