Charles (Punce) William Wishon, Jr., 64 of Plainville, passed away on Tuesday August 16, 2011 at Hartford Hospital with his family by his side. He was the husband of Deborah Wishon. Charles was born on June 6, 1947 in Chatham, NY to the late Charles W. Wishon, Sr. and Lois Jean Goodermote.
Charlie graduated from Ockawamick School in NY. He then went on to serve our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, where he was stationed in Okinawa.
Along with his loving wife Deborah Wishon of Plainville he leaves his daughter Jill Wishon of Hudson, NY and 2 stepdaughters Trisha Garrison and her husband Chad of Plainville and Kendra Mollo and her husband Thomas of Germantown, NY; 5 grandchildren Chad, Jr.; Gianna, Haylie, Tommy and Jonathan. He also leaves his brother John Wishon and his wife Melissa of NY, 2 sisters Beverly Dimuro and her husband John and Debra Grau all of NY; his mother-in-law Jean Melino, along with several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family members. He was predeceased by his sister Linda Wishon.
