Charles W. “Chuckie” Fayne, 61, of Salt Lake City and formerly of Elkhart, Ind., passed away Thursday, July 2, while in Elkhart visiting family. He had been in ill health.
He was born in Tipton, Tenn., to the late Eunice E. and Mary E. (Phillips) Fayne.
He is survived by his children, Wm. H. “Geranimo” Bolen and Charles, Christopher, Roshanda and Kevin (Latisha) Bonds, all of Elkhart; siblings Mary Daniels, Bobbie and Larry Fayne, all of Salt Lake City, and David Fayne of Goshen, Ind.; 14 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
