Charles T. Pepin 76, passed away on Saturday April 27, 2013 at home with his family by his side. He was a graduate of East Providence and Johnson & Wales College. He was a former worker at the Providence Journal for 36 years. He was a pass Commander at the American Legion Post 10 in Riverside, Rhode Island. Besides his loving wife Brenda (Santos) Pepin of 52 years he leaves a daughter Rhonda Pepin of Alaska, 2 sons Thomas Pepin and wife Laura of Florida and Scott Pepin and wife Yelena of Maryland and four grandchildren Charlie, Emily, Winston & Cooper.
