Charles “Chuck” Thomas Lowe, 71, of O’Fallon, IL passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, in Monument, CO. Chuck was born on December 5, 1943, in San Luis Obispo, CA.
He recently retired as the Vice-President of Risk Management for Access National Corporation. He was a member of the O’Fallon Knights of Columbus; an active member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals, a veteran of the United States Air Force, and a graduate of Colorado State University.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mildred Lowe, nee Holt; and one sister, Donna (Roy Dean) Jordan of Decatur, IL.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Linda Lowe, nee Petrucelli of O’Fallon, IL; two sons, Lt. Col. Sean (Lisa) Lowe, of Mountain Home AFB, ID, and Patrick (Kelli) Lowe of Pensacola, FL; and three grandchildren, Ethan, Mary and Adden Lowe of Mountain Home, ID.
