CHANDLER, JR.DURHAM Mr. Charles Thomas “Tommy” Chandler, Jr., 81, a resident of JFK Towers, died at the Carver Living Center on Friday, October 14, . Chandler a native and lifelong resident of Durham, the son of the late Charles Thomas Chandler, Sr. and Flonnie Barnett Chandler. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Mead Containers/ Weyerhaeuser. He is survived by two sisters, Marie C Pierce and Dorothy C. Stephens both of Durham; his dog “Molly” and two nephews, Mike A. Stephens and wife, Debbie of Durham and Larry W. Stephens and wife Pat of Raleigh.
