Mr. Charles “Terry” Lewis, 65, a resident of Lanett, AL passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.
Survivors include his wife, Jo Ann Lewis; children, Brandon (Nealie) Lewis and Anna Lewis both of Lanett; brother, Danny Lee (Barbara) Lewis of Huguley; nieces and nephews, Damen (Kelly) Lewis of LaGrange and Darren Lewis of Valley. He was preceded in death by his sister, Norma Jean Ozley. The family would like to offer a special thanks to Barbara and Stanley Lewis.
Mr. Lewis was an avid Alabama fan and formerly worked at Lanett Bleachery and Dye Works.
