Charles William (Bill) Stanley of Highland Park, N.J. passed away on March 31, 2018. He was born May 28, 1925 in Lexington, Virginia to the late William P. and Myrtle M. Stanley.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion, son, Charles William (Bill) Stanley, Jr., sister Mary Juanita Fix, and half-sister, Minnie Alma Camden Boyd. He was a retired civil engineer, avid tennis player, and beloved “Pop pop.”
He is survived by his brother, Joseph Clarance Stanley (Delores), of Tuscon, AZ. children, Jane Stanley, Ben Stanley, and Sarah Colmer, several nieces and nephews and grandchildren, Amanda Aaronson, Jed Aaronson, Elizabeth Kiser, Maggie Olsen, Emily Wetherby, Laura Paumard, Rebecca Colmerauer, and six great-grandchildren.
