Charles (“Charlie”) Robert Trenkle, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away on October 15th, 2020 after a short illness.
He was born in Washington DC, on October 23rd, 1943. He graduated from the University of Maryland. He was an Acquisition Officer for MICOM (now AMCOM) for 37 years and retired from government service in July of 2002. Charlie was a lifelong baseball fan. He also enjoyed reading biographies and Civil War Histories.
Charlie is survived by brothers, John and David Trenkle and sister, Mary Pat Trenkle.
