Charles R. Carrico, 77, of O’Fallon, IL passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, IL. Charles was born on February 1, 1937, in East St. Louis, IL.
He worked as a Clerk for Terminal Railroad. He was an original charter member of the O’Fallon Booster Club, 20 GWB, and an avid golfer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo & Leora Carrico, nee Alvey; step-mother, Hallie Carrico; and sister, Carolyn Nihells. Charles is survived by his wife, G. Deanna Carrico, nee Toombs of O’Fallon, IL; children, Terry & Larry Schmidt of Belleville, IL, Chuck Carrico & Maggie Weilmuenster of O’Fallon, IL, Ronald & Mona Carrico of Mascoutah, IL, and Chrissy & Scott Noble of Queen Creek, AZ; siblings, Tom & Dorothy Carrico of Cahokia, IL, Ann Seibert of Cahokia, IL, Eddie & Barb Carrico of Maryville, IL, and Mary & Mike Gianino of Highland, IL; grandchildren, Carla Barnum, Tanya & Tony Conaway, Chandra Waller, Chad & Allison Carrico, Kyle & Shana Carrico, Amber Carrico, Cierra & Derek Geisinger, Steven & Missy Carrico, Candice Noble, and Brittany Carrico; and great-grandchildren, Christopher Conaway, Alexis Conaway, Summer Barnum, Nicholas Conaway, Ashton Dunlap, Aiden Carrico, Blake Carrico, Haleigh Carrico, Landon Cobb, and Carter Geisinger.
