WARD, Charles Richard Sr.
On March 21, 2012, Charles R. Sr., beloved member of the Brooklyn community and owner of Mom Ward’s Sub Shop for 50 years, Mr. Ward was an all around sportsman, well loved by his teammates and friends. He was the loving husband of Kay Ward for 62 years and devoted father of Michael, Christine, Charles Jr., Nancy and Thomas Ward, Karen Marshall, Joan VanManen and the late James Ward. He was blessed with grandchildren Eric, Shane, Cen, Becky, Jackie, Graham, Garrett, Gage, Grace, Cole and Luke. Mr. Ward is also survived by one sister Sylvia Weaver.
